John is a Louisville native who married his high school sweetheart and then raised their four children here in the Derby City. They now enjoy spending time with their six beautiful grandchildren and understand the joys and challenges of raising a family.

Prior to pursing his passion for real estate, John spent 6 years in the US Navy and 30 years in Corporate America solving IT problems for his customers in the Aviation Industry. He turned his love for real estate, people, and solving problems into his new career after taking early retirement. Hi! I’m Jonesie Seabrook and I grew up in Louisville, but moved to the west coast as an adult. I lived in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, California, Portland, Oregon and spent the decade in the Seattle, WA area. I spent over 10 years working for Avalon Shutters, managing the sales and operations in OR, WA and ID. This job enabled me to get into homes and do design work as well as manage my team, switching to real estate is a natural transition. I made the decision to move back home and work with my awesome mom, Melanie Jones, and spend time with my elderly Papaw. I found true love for my clients and was awarded with the 2022 #3 ranking of Rookie of the Year. While in Seattle I played competitive women’s and coed football and I am hoping to find leagues here in Louisville as well. I also practice yoga, healthy eating, kayaking, reading, dancing, hitting the gym and most of all, hanging with my sweet pup, Lucille.
